PRIVACY AND COOKIE STATEMENT

This website (“Site”) is owned and operated by Q9 Advertising (“Q9”), located at 124 Sutter Street, 2nd Floor, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA. This privacy policy (“Policy”) applies to all the products, services offered by the Site, collectively referred to as the “Services” in the Policy. Unless otherwise noted, the Services are provided by Q9 inside of the United States. Your use of the Site signifies that your agreement to abide by and to be bound the Policy as set for below.  If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Site.

Because we gather certain types of information about our users, we want you to understand what information we collect about you, how we collect it, how that information is used and protected. Use of the Site signifies that you agree to the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree with all the terms of this Policy, please do not use the Site.

1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT FROM YOU

1.1 General. When you use the Site, we collect information relating to you and your use of the Site from a variety of sources. These sources include information that we collect directly from you and information that we indirectly or passively collect from you.

1.2 Temporary account information. By use of the service you creating a temporary account. In creating this temporary account, we collect personal information, including your first name, last name, contact telephone number and email address. We also collect information relating to products or services you request using the Site. We do not collect any billing or credit card information whatsoever.

1.3 Use and Log Information. When you use the Site, we collect analytics and or usage information about how you use the Site. This may include which webpages you visit, what links you clicked on in the Site, when you performed those actions, and so on. Additionally, our web servers running the Site generate and store log files. These log files collect data about the nature of each Site visit including originating IP addresses, internet service providers, operating system versions, device type, and browser type and timestamps. If you arrive at the Site from a link on another website or in an email, we may record the source website that referred you to us. No personal information is collected for usage, analytics or logging purposes.

2. HOW WE USE THE INFORMAITON WE COLLECT FROM YOU

2.1 General. We use your information to provide you the Services, as explained below.

2.2 To provide you with the Service. The information you provide is relayed to third parties we work with to the extent necessary to provide the Services to you used to respond to your inquiry for good or services made using the Site. This includes using your email information to send you communications in response to your request for information, including emails that confirm that your information is being relayed to the intended third party identified in your request. We an/or any trusted third parties identified in your request may also use any telephone information provided to call you to confirm and/or respond to the inquiry submitted using the Site.

2.3 To troubleshoot and provide technical support. We may also use the information to provide you with customer support, including general technical support.

2.3 To monitor, maintain, and improve the Service and features. We may internally perform statistical and other analysis on information we collect from you to analyze and measure trends, to understand how our service is used; to evaluate, improve or devise new or existing services and features of the Site.

2.4 To keep the Site secure and ensure compliance with our Terms of Use. We may use your information to keep the Service secure and operational, to prevent potentially illegal activities, to screen for and prevent undesirable or abusive activity.

2.5 To respond to legal requests and prevent harm. If we receive a subpoena or other legal request, we may need to inspect the data we hold to determine how to respond.

3.0 With whom do we share or disclose your information

3.1 General. We will never sell or trade your information.  We may share your information our trusted service providers and third parties, as explained below.

3.2 Our service providers. We use trusted services providers and third parties to help us to provide you with the Service. We give relevant persons working for these providers access to your information and access is granted only to the extent necessary for them to perform their services for us. We also implement reasonable contractual and technical protections to ensure the confidentiality of your personal information is maintained, used only for the provision of their services to us, and handled in accordance with this Policy. Examples of service providers include web hosting services providers, email service providers and usage and analytics providers. By using our services and agreeing to this Policy, you consent to this disclosure.

3.3 As required or permitted by law. We may disclose your information as required or permitted by law, or when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, subpoena, or other legal process served on us.

3.4 If there’s a change in business ownership or structure. If ownership of all or substantially all of our business changes, or we undertake a corporate reorganization (including a merger or consolidation) or any other action, you expressly consent to Q9 transferring your information to the new owner or successor entity so that we can continue providing the services.

4.  HOW YOU CAN UPDATE OR DELETE INFORMATION COLLECTED BY US

4.1 At any time prior to the processing of your order. You may update or delete any personal information actively collected by us at any time prior to submitting information.

5. HOW LONG DO WE STORE OR KEEP YOUR INFORMATION

5.1 Up until an inquiry is relayed to the intended third party. Once a submission is relayed, on or about that date, all Personally Identifiable Information (PII) if any, is purged from your temporary account on this site.  

5.2 As required by legal obligations. Your personal information, however, may be retained after an inquiry is relayed in order to comply with any legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. Also, personal information that is deleted from our servers may remain as residual copies on offsite backup media for up five years or as otherwise required by our legal obligations. Usage, analytics and log data and de-identified personal and order information may be retained for up to five years, or as otherwise required by our legal obligations.

6. Security, cookies and other important information

6.1 Changes to this Policy. We may modify this Policy at any time. If and when we do so, we will notify you by publishing the changes on this website. If an amendment is material, as determined in our sole discretion, we will notify you by email.

6.2 Reasonable security measures.  We will use reasonable security measures to protect your personal information. When transmitting personal information between you and our hosting provider, the information will be protected using commercially acceptable encryption such as Secure Sockets Layer. Please note, that regardless of the security protections and precautions taken, there is always a risk that your information may be viewed and used by unauthorized third parties as a result of collecting and transmitting your data through the Internet.

6.3 Data locations. Our servers are based in the United States, so your information will be hosted and processed by us in the United States.  

6.4 Cookies.  We currently use cookies to allow the website to recognize you as you navigate between pages without having to re-enter your original user ID and password. Session cookies are temporary cookies that expire at the end of a browser session.

6.5 Online Tracking. We do use or implement any persistent or third-party cookies, pixel tags, web beacons to support user tracking, retargeting, or targeted display advertising. As we do not track users, we currently do not process or comply with any web browser’s “do not track” signal.

6.6 Safety of Children and COPPA. The Service is not intended for and may not permissibly be used by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from persons under 13. If it comes to our attention that we have collected personal data from such a person, we may delete this information without notice.

6.7 English version controls. Non-English translations of this Policy may be provided for convenience. In the event of any ambiguity or conflict between translations, the English version is authoritative.
